Topics: recipe (ingredient grams, baker's %, timings, oven temperatures), fix (gummy, dense, pale crust), technique (psyllium, proofing, shaping, scoring, steam), flour, starter, swap or compare. Refused: allergen, mould and spoilage questions. Only a 200 answer is charged; refusals and 404s are free.
