Who I am
I have worked at every level of this industry, from answering the phone on a help desk to running engineering as a director and CTO, in Italy, the Netherlands, Canada and Australia. The thread through all of it is unglamorous and I am proud of it: systems that stay up, teams that trust each other, and software that treats the person using it as an adult.

Beyond the keyboard
Not everything runs on servers. For years I bred Norwegian Forest Cats at international level, which means pedigrees, shows, judges, and a house that was never quiet. Before that I sang hard rock and heavy metal, fronting stages long before I fronted meetings. Both teach what engineering teaches: craft is mostly patience, and the difference always shows in the details nobody is supposed to notice.
The AI chapter
In 2025 I stopped only managing technology and went back to building it, this time with AI agents doing the engineering. The first project put real money on the line: a live algorithmic trading system with hard risk limits, designed and operated with Claude models in the loop. In 2026 it became apps. Real products, designed, coded, tested, documented and shipped end to end by AI, with me deciding what should exist and why, and AI agents helping turn those decisions into working software. This site is the workshop window on that experiment, including the parts that are still unfinished.

It is the most honest address I could pick. lucaintini, because it is one person and there is no company to hide behind. .ai, because that is the thread: the tools I build with, the products I ship, and the experiment itself.
