UN Comtrade public preview trade data (keyless). POST {reporterCode,period,partnerCode,cmdCode,flowCode} (+ optional typeCode/freqCode/clCode/maxRecords). Unpaid empty → 402; after settle empty/invalid → 400 charged:false. New trade vertical; no catalog adjacency.
