8-K filings by ticker — the item-coded SEC material-event feed: every 8-K a US-listed company filed in 90 days, tagged with the SEC's own item codes and official titles (1.01 material agreement, 1.05 cybersecurity incident, 3.01 delisting notice, 5.02 officer change, 8.01 other). Returns event and filing dates separately, amendments labelled, EDGAR links. Earnings-only filings excluded and counted. Public-domain SEC EDGAR. $0.003 per call.
Paid test badge: not yet. The checks above are free: we call the tool without paying and read the payment request it sends back. The Verified badge needs paid calls whose answers match the promised output, and nobody can buy a badge.
