Fetches one Wildberries/Ozon product (live, as /product/info) and checks it against target_price (RUB). Returns below_target (current <= target and in stock), current_price, diff_abs/diff_percent, in_stock, product and checked_at. Out of stock: 200 with below_target false, current_price null. 502 (payment not settled) if no product data can be fetched.
