Scores each item matching q in the last N hours (1-168, default 24) with a keyword/emoji lexicon (rise/beat/upgrade vs. fall/miss/sanctions, ⬆️/⬇️) plus explicit '= ±X%' moves, and returns bullish/bearish/neutral counts, score = (bullish - bearish)/count in [-1, 1], a label and examples. method is always 'heuristic'.
