Real insider conviction from SEC Form 4 filings
Real insider conviction from SEC Form 4 filings. Classifies every transaction by its one-letter code, so an RSU vest is not reported as an insider buy and the automatic tax withholding that follows is not reported as a sale. Returns only codes P and S — the trades where someone chose to move money at the market price — plus cluster-buy detection when several insiders buy the same issuer within a window. Query by ticker or CIK.
Paid test badge: not yet. The checks above are free: we call the tool without paying and read the payment request it sends back. The Verified badge needs paid calls whose answers match the promised output, and nobody can buy a badge.
