Current conditions and up to a 7-day forecast for any coordinates, via Open-Meteo. Returns current (tempC, feelsLikeC, humidityPct, windKmh, weatherCode, description), daily[] highs/lows/precipitation, and explicit units. Requires BOTH ?lat= and ?lon=; optional ?days=1..7 (default 3, clamped not rejected). Errors: 400 bad_coords|coords_out_of_range|bad_days, 502 weather_unavailable|weather_malformed. This takes COORDINATES, not a place name - resolve one with /geocode first.
Paid test badge: not yet. The checks above are free: we call the tool without paying and read the payment request it sends back. The Verified badge needs paid calls whose answers match the promised output, and nobody can buy a badge.
