Answers 'What happened at this company lately?': did the CEO or CFO leave, latest earnings, acquisitions, major contracts, cyber incidents, auditor changes, shareholder votes. Returns a US public company's latest 8-K filings from SEC EDGAR as clean text, with event types and the attached press releases (e.g. the full earnings release). Filter by event type and date, or one exact filing; up to 10 events. By ticker or CIK. Not charged if nothing matches. $0.01 USDC per call.
Paid test badge: not yet. The checks above are free: we call the tool without paying and read the payment request it sends back. The Verified badge needs paid calls whose answers match the promised output, and nobody can buy a badge.
