Enumerate owner, subject, revision, content and scope pin changes by stable record ID in two supplied revisions for nonpersonal work and permission-manifest metadata. No authoritative license interpretation, rights clearance, agreement acceptance, royalty transfer or legal advice. Satisfied conditions are caller declarations only. Offline typed nonpersonal metadata only. Result retention: 24 hours; minimal receipt metadata: 90 days.
