Compare parameter unit declarations within exact circuit/revision/gate/parameter frames. Degrees, radians and dimensionless labels are not silently converted or treated as equivalent. Caller-supplied public/synthetic nonpersonal metadata only. No quantum simulation, device/API access, execution, calibration measurement, scientific validation or claim of circuit equivalence. Input limit: 32 KiB. Result retention: 24 hours; minimal receipt metadata: 90 days.
Paid test badge: not yet. The checks above are free: we call the tool without paying and read the payment request it sends back. The Verified badge needs paid calls whose answers match the promised output, and nobody can buy a badge.
