Enumerate owner, subject, revision, content and scope pin changes by stable record ID in two supplied revisions for bounded backend/run/register/measurement-pin records. Caller-supplied public/synthetic nonpersonal calibration declarations only. No hardware measurement, device/API access, recalibration, mitigation, performance guarantee or scientific certification. Input limit: 32 KiB. Result retention: 24 hours; minimal receipt metadata: 90 days.
Paid test badge: not yet. The checks above are free: we call the tool without paying and read the payment request it sends back. The Verified badge needs paid calls whose answers match the promised output, and nobody can buy a badge.
