SEC EDGAR full-text search over all filings (2001+). Pass `q` (quote for exact phrase) + optional `forms` (comma-separated: D = private fundraises, C/C-AR = Reg CF financials, 1-K/1-SA = Reg A financials, 4 = insider trades, UPLOAD/CORRESP = SEC comment letters), `startdt`/`enddt` (YYYY-MM-DD), `from` (pagination offset). Hits include the filer, date, and {accession}:{filename} ids for edgar/document.
