Rust crate upgrade brief between two versions of a crates.io crate (tokio, clap, rand, serde): removed and changed Cargo features, default feature changes, dependency requirement diff, rust-version (MSRV) and edition changes, yanked releases in the range, breaking items from GitHub releases and CHANGELOG, and the Cargo.toml edit. Read from the crates.io index and the crate repository.
