Strait of Hormuz flag rollup
Strait of Hormuz flag rollup: the flag states of the live-AIS vessel population (vessels seen on AIS within the last activeWindowHours, currently 1.5) ranked by vessel count, each with a per-flag sanctioned tally and an oldest_last_seen recency check, plus distinct-flag count and sanctioned share. Flags are derived best-effort from the MMSI MID (ITU-T M.585). Quality-gated on live AIS. Operators and inbound/outbound direction are omitted, not faked: no operator field is stored and transit direction is not tracked per vessel. The full count of recently-dark hulls (last 3 to 24h) is exposed as darkFleetTotal, since almost none of them are still in the active window.
Paid test badge: not yet. The checks above are free: we call the tool without paying and read the payment request it sends back. The Verified badge needs paid calls whose answers match the promised output, and nobody can buy a badge.
