Use when the question is whether a US stock is halted now or was halted today (Nasdaq, NYSE, NYSE American): reason in plain English (news pending, volatility pause…), halt time, quote and trade resume times, and status (halted, resuming_soon, resumed). From Nasdaq's halt feed, refreshed every minute. Filter with symbols=AAPL,MSFT or leave empty for all halts. Errors: 400 bad_input, 502 feed unreachable. Failed calls are not charged.
