Recheck watch pack
Recheck watch pack: one $1.00 payment buys 250 change-checks for ONE endpoint ($0.004 per check instead of $0.005), good for 90 days. Pack credits persist across redeploys on the service volume. Returns an unguessable pack id — spend credits via POST /v1/recheck (body pack_id or X-Recheck-Pack header), and read the balance free at POST /v1/recheck/pack-balance. Use this when a monitoring loop checks the same endpoint on a schedule and wants one payment instead of hundreds.
Paid test badge: not yet. The checks above are free: we call the tool without paying and read the payment request it sends back. The Verified badge needs paid calls whose answers match the promised output, and nobody can buy a badge.
