Returns the latest station observation — temperature, dewpoint, humidity, wind, pressure, visibility — with a SHA-256 of the exact bytes NOAA returned and an Ed25519 signature over both. Use it to prove what the weather was recorded as at a moment. Verify with soren.com/oracle-key.json
