Fantasy start/sit, waiver pickups and trade verdicts for NFL and MLB — the sports we grade projected-vs-actual on our public track record (golf analysis-only). Projections are baseline-anchored: empirical trailing baseline + named adjustment, floor/ceiling from real per-game distributions.
