Use for source-backed Item 1A risk-disclosure changes for one issuer. Pass exactly one ticker or CIK; optionally filter by materiality (HIGH, MEDIUM, LOW) and classification. A successful nonempty request returns all matching RELEASE signals from the latest eligible frozen comparison in Signal Foundry, not necessarily the issuer's latest SEC filing. $0.05 USDC per request, not per signal.
Paid test badge: not yet. The checks above are free: we call the tool without paying and read the payment request it sends back. The Verified badge needs paid calls whose answers match the promised output, and nobody can buy a badge.
