Video scrub-bar storyboard
Video scrub-bar storyboard: sprite sheets plus WebVTT thumbnail track (zip). Hover-preview thumbnails for a video player: sprite sheets capped at the device texture limit plus a WebVTT track whose cues use each frame's real timestamp, so they never drift. Handles phone rotation. Presets web_player, web_player_hd, mobile (WebP, 2048 cap), editor_filmstrip, contact_sheet.
