Watchdog
Watchdog: 30 days of signed webhook alerts for one x402 endpoint. Settled keeps probing it and POSTs an EIP-191-signed JSON alert to your webhook whenever its status, payability, price or payTo changes (checked every 15 minutes), plus one notice at expiry. Body: {url, webhook}. Verify any alert at /v1/verify.
