Insider trading for a US stock from SEC Form 4 filings, parsed: insider name, role (CEO, CFO, director, 10% owner), transaction date, code (P open-market buy, S sell, A award, M option exercise, F tax withholding, G gift), shares, price, USD value, shares owned after, direct/indirect, 10b5-1 plan flag, plus open-market buy vs sell totals. Params: ticker or CIK, limit (filings, default 10, max 25), open_market=true to keep only real buys/sells. Use when an agent asks are insiders buying or selling a stock, who sold shares recently, CEO stock sales, insider sentiment for a ticker. $0.005 per call. Unknown ticker = no charge
