Whale exchange netflow signal: on-chain whale transfers (>= $100k) on Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, Polygon and Solana classified with exchange wallet labels as EXCHANGE_INFLOW_BEARISH (to an exchange), WHALE_ACCUMULATION_BULLISH (exchange to private wallet), INTERNAL_EXCHANGE_SHUFFLE (excluded) or UNLABELED, with per-token inflow/outflow/net USD and a signal, plus a perps section with Hyperliquid whale taker flow per coin. Params chain (all|ethereum|base|arbitrum|polygon|solana|hyperliquid), token (symbol or contract), window (1h|24h|7d, default 24h), limit. Labels from exchange proof-of-reserves lists and open label datasets; each move cites its label source
