E-commerce full store catalog: every current product variant of one Shopify store in the index (~500 stores, list free at /v1/free/ecom/stores) with product and variant title, brand, type, SKU, price, compare-at price, discount %, in-stock flag, tags, URL, image, first/last seen. Refreshed daily. Store not in the index returns 404 with no charge
