Weekly seller rates, all published rows, JSON. Realised seller premiums against the ECB reference for every ISO week since the first Base fill, per route and per currency. Route-weeks that fail the publishing rules keep only the reason; a currency-week aggregates only that week's published routes, so it never reveals a withheld one.
