Executable buy or sell of a Coinbase tokenized stock on Base for USDC: ordered { to, data, value } steps (ERC-20 approve when short, then Uniswap V3 exactInputSingle on the deepest pool) the agent's own wallet signs, with the quote as advisory. POST /v1/tx/stocks { sym (NVDAc), side (buy|sell), amount (human: USDC to spend or shares to sell), taker, slippageBps? }. Not for U.S. persons (Regulation S).
