ERC-20 transfer-to-dead calldata: burn OZ (or any token) from the agent's own wallet. Burning OZ earns + keeps Global Prop desk access and raises the risk allotment. POST /v1/tx/burn { amount (atomic, OZ is 18dp), token? }. Returns { to, data, value } steps.
