Recent USDC transfers in and out of any address on Base, read live from the chain (Transfer event logs over roughly the last ~600 blocks, about 20 minutes; the window narrows automatically if the public node rejects a wider range). Pass ?address=0x... . Returns up to 50 entries with block, tx hash, from, to, amount. No third-party API, no cache.
