Takes a video of up to 15 minutes, measures the integrated loudness, true peak and loudness range of its soundtrack, and normalises it to the chosen standard with two-pass linear loudnorm, so the dynamics are kept and the target is met closely. The picture is copied without re-encoding. Loudness is measured again on the result and both measurements are returned. Output MP4 with AAC audio inline as base64, max 24 MB. Runs locally with ffmpeg. Billing per started video minute.
Paid test badge: not yet. The checks above are free: we call the tool without paying and read the payment request it sends back. The Verified badge needs paid calls whose answers match the promised output, and nobody can buy a badge.
