Takes an audio or video file of up to 60 minutes and returns an edited audio file without filler words and with long pauses shortened. Speech is recognised with filler-word detection; every uh, um, er, äh, ähm, hm and similar is cut at its word boundaries, and every pause longer than max_pause_seconds is shortened to keep_pause_seconds rather than removed, so the speech keeps its rhythm.
