Takes an audio or video file of up to 60 minutes and measures every 100 ms window for peak level and the number of samples sitting at the peak. Windows that reach the clipping threshold (default -0.1 dBFS) with several consecutive peak samples are merged into passages, each with start, end, duration and the number of clipped windows, sorted by severity. The verdict says clean, minor or severe, and the total clipped time is given.
