Takes an audio or video file of up to 60 minutes and a list of chapters with start time and title (e.g. from podcast show notes or topic segmentation) and returns one audio file per chapter, from its start to the next chapter's start, cut exactly by re-encoding. Up to 50 chapters; if all files together exceed 8 MB, Opus at a lower bitrate is suggested. Each file carries its title and duration. Runs locally with ffmpeg; nothing leaves this machine. Billing per started audio minute.
Paid test badge: not yet. The checks above are free: we call the tool without paying and read the payment request it sends back. The Verified badge needs paid calls whose answers match the promised output, and nobody can buy a badge.
