ZenSched `webhook_register` — Register an HTTPS webhook. events_json = JSON list from: ['worker.invited', 'worker.activated', 'shift.checkin', 'shift.checkout', 'shift.missed', 'form.submitted', 'timesheet.ready', 'billing.low_balance', 'webhook.disabled'].
