Simulates an unsigned Base or Base Sepolia EVM transaction with read-only RPC calls before an agent signs or broadcasts it. Returns execution/revert status, gas estimate, decoded top-level ERC-20 transfers and approvals, unlimited-approval warnings, and a risk signal. It never signs, holds keys, or broadcasts. Standard RPC does not expose complete internal/token state diffs.
Paid test badge: not yet. The checks above are free: we call the tool without paying and read the payment request it sends back. The Verified badge needs paid calls whose answers match the promised output, and nobody can buy a badge.
