Meal photo to nutrition JSON for AI agents: itemized dishes with portions/kcal/macros, reference-object scale calibration (chopsticks/cutlery/phone, with strength grading), scene-complexity detection, a disclosed calibrated kcal range, PFC energy-balance ratios, and deterministic 4/4/9 cross-checks (alcohol-aware). All estimates carry honest confidence + rules_version. Every call is a 3-run consensus: median run reported with per-call spread and item agreement disclosed. 0.05/image.
