Reads the liquidation orders OKX publishes for its perpetual swaps, converts every entry into US dollars with the contract size of that instrument and the bankruptcy price of that event, and sums them by the side of the liquidated position. timeline gives the per minute split of long and short. cascade_detected requires two conditions at once: liquidation volume above five times the median of all five minute buckets in the comparison span, and a price move of at least 0.3 percent in the same buc
