Part B: real liquidation prints from OKX public API (no auth). Returns cluster map, nearest_long/short clusters, squeeze_bias, and honest disclaimers. Supports BTC/ETH/SOL/BNB/XRP/DOGE/ADA/AVAX/LINK/DOT/LTC/TRX/BCH/ATOM/NEAR/APT/HYPE-USD. Pay-per-call via x402.
