Filtered search over the full SEC Form 4 insider-trade database: combine insider role (CEO, CFO, Director...), trade type code (P=open-market buy, S=sale...), minimum/maximum dollar value, ticker, and filing-date range in one query. The power tool for screening high-signal insider activity (e.g. all CEO open-market buys over $1M this week). Returns JSON.
