Returns one IMF DataMapper indicator (e.g. NGDP_RPCH real GDP growth) for one or more countries, optionally limited to a year range. Output has unit, per-country series of {year, value, forecast_flag}, and a top-level forecast_flag. A point is a forecast when year >= the current UTC year.
