Test any x402 endpoint with a REAL signed payment from a fresh unfunded wallet — no funds can move. Returns the facilitator's verdict (healthy / broken / payment-ignored), decoded challenge, lint checks for silent payment-killers like over-long resource descriptions, and a 402index discovery report. Config validators check your paperwork; this reports what the facilitator actually said. Run it from CI after every deploy.
Paid test badge: not yet. The checks above are free: we call the tool without paying and read the payment request it sends back. The Verified badge needs paid calls whose answers match the promised output, and nobody can buy a badge.
