Insider trading (SEC Form 4)
Insider trading (SEC Form 4): what a company's officers, directors and 10% owners bought and sold, parsed from their Form 4 filings at call time from EDGAR. Each trade: insider, role, date, code and meaning, shares, price, value, holdings after, 10b5-1 plan flag, filing link. Summary: open-market buys vs sells, net shares and dollars. Input: symbol (US ticker) or cik; optional days (default 90), codes such as ["P","S"].
Paid test badge: not yet. The checks above are free: we call the tool without paying and read the payment request it sends back. The Verified badge needs paid calls whose answers match the promised output, and nobody can buy a badge.
