Use this to document a carrier-selection decision: one dated, hashed record of what public FMCSA data shows about a carrier (authority, insurance flags, FMCSA safety rating and its date, inspections and out-of-service rates, crashes, the last year's changes, identity-linkage screen), with a free verify link that confirms the record is unaltered. A record, not a score or a recommendation. Billed only when the USDOT number resolves.
Paid test badge: not yet. The checks above are free: we call the tool without paying and read the payment request it sends back. The Verified badge needs paid calls whose answers match the promised output, and nobody can buy a badge.
