Offline validation of intermodal container numbers per ISO 6346: owner code, equipment category (U/J/Z), serial and check-digit verification (mod-11 with power-of-2 weights). Catches transcription errors before a booking or B/L is filed. Query: ?container=CSQU3054383. Returns valid flag, parsed parts and the computed check digit. Deterministic, cached 1 year.
