Query: ?dept=75 (departement code) and/or ?city=Lyon, optional &fuel=gazole|sp95|sp98|e10|e85|gplc to sort cheapest-first and drop stations without that fuel, &limit=10 (1-40). Returns per station: address, lat/lon, per-fuel price with update timestamp, 24/7 automat flag. Cached 10 min.
