Business Frameworks — Build for transfer or run for cash, applied to the caller's own numbers. Send whether the position is durable and the founder-free and repeating revenue shares; get build-for-transfer or run-for-cash, the matching actions, and the quarterly check. Deterministic (the node's rule, no model); returns the worked decision plus the node text and its public citations. Schema at GET /apply/value/decide/build-or-run-for-cash.
