Business Frameworks — Limit concentration, applied to the caller's own numbers. Send the largest customer's and supplier's shares and the owner-only functions; get which dependencies are priced risks and what to do first. Deterministic (the node's rule, no model); returns the worked decision plus the node text and its public citations. Schema at GET /apply/risk/decide/concentration.
Paid test badge: not yet. The checks above are free: we call the tool without paying and read the payment request it sends back. The Verified badge needs paid calls whose answers match the promised output, and nobody can buy a badge.
