Business Frameworks — Set the pace of growth, applied to the caller's own numbers. Send the planned growth rate, the cycle and margin (or the ceiling itself), r and the outside-capital terms; get whether the plan funds itself and whether outside money is worth taking. Deterministic (the node's rule, no model); returns the worked decision plus the node text and its public citations. Schema at GET /apply/growth/decide/pace.
Paid test badge: not yet. The checks above are free: we call the tool without paying and read the payment request it sends back. The Verified badge needs paid calls whose answers match the promised output, and nobody can buy a badge.
