Business Frameworks — Manage the cash cycle, applied to the caller's own numbers. Send the three day-counts and the cost shares; get the cycle, the cents tied up per sales dollar, and the lever to pull first. Deterministic (the node's rule, no model); returns the worked decision plus the node text and its public citations. Schema at GET /apply/cash-flow/decide/cash-cycle.
Paid test badge: not yet. The checks above are free: we call the tool without paying and read the payment request it sends back. The Verified badge needs paid calls whose answers match the promised output, and nobody can buy a badge.
