Business Frameworks — Keep the runway, applied to the caller's own numbers. Send a period-by-period cash forecast; get the first breach of the must-pay-plus-reserve floor and the action order with amounts. Deterministic (the node's rule, no model); returns the worked decision plus the node text and its public citations. Schema at GET /apply/cash-flow/decide/runway.
Paid test badge: not yet. The checks above are free: we call the tool without paying and read the payment request it sends back. The Verified badge needs paid calls whose answers match the promised output, and nobody can buy a badge.
